We are located in the historic Benesh Building, in downtown Monroe.
On the corner of Monroe & Fifth St.

We are open to all adult members of the community (18 or over) within Monroe County. There is no cost to our services. You need no insurance, and you do not need an identification to speak to someone that can help.
